We are looking for a ''Finance Manager” who will be based in our Head Office in Al Quoz, Dubai, UAE.

Job Description:   

  • Ensuring month-end closing procedures to relevant month,
  • Managing the process of company's cash flow and taking necessary actions,
  • Providing customer and supplier contract process management, checking with legal and tax advisors and taking necessary actions,
  • Meet the demands for internal and external audits and managing the relationship with current banks and third parties,
  • Controlling sales invoices and ensuring that they are billed correctly,
  • Managing the company's receivable collection process,
  • Controlling the comparisons of the company's profitability and costs according to actual v.s. budget, at the end of each month,
  • Performing the reconciliation of customers and suppliers, at the end of each month,
  • Checking and confirming vendor invoices in accordance with local and generally accepted accounting standards,
  • Checking the staff accounts at the end of each month and preparing the deduction lists,
  • Processing the payroll through the WPS
  • Auditing and managing the company's budget and finance processes, execution of all processes; such as financial risk management, financial planning and control, reporting, cash flow and bank transactions,
  • Execution of the work on the financial statements,
  • Preparing weekly, monthly and annual activity reports and analyzing,
  • Preparation of cash flow statements and reporting to the management,
  • Analyzing the balance sheet and statement of profit and loss.


  • Bachelor’s Degree in Finance or Accounting,
  • Professional Accounting Qualifications e.g. ACCA, CIMA, CMA, ICAI
  • Minimum 3 years of Finance Management experience,
  • At least 8 years of experience in the field of accounting or finance at multinational company,
  • At least 3 years leadership experience


  • Fluency in English is a must,
  • Self-starter and Team Player
  • Knowledge of financial software e.g. Oracle
  • Maintains confidentiality of financial information
  • Strong organization and time management skills to ensure scheduled deadlines
  • Excellent communications skills, verbal and written, to deal with customers (internal and external) at all levels
